Dampeners are small cylinders that are inserted into the holes in the blades. Thanks to their absorbent material they reduce the vibrations generated by the impacts of the ball. You can distribute them as you want, you just have to know if you want more control or more power. It's up to you! - Certificates

How to place the Dampeners antivibrators on the blade
The dampeners are valid for the vast majority of blades on the market, and can be placed in holes between 11 and 13mm.
Choose where you are going to insert the Dampeners. At the top for power or at the bottom for more control. Place the part with the smallest diameter first and press until it is completely inside.
Do the same with the other side of the paddle. Remember that they must be placed on both sides.
